About Sakura

Located at 1009 North St, Endicott, NY 13760, Sakura operates as a japanese serving Endicott in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Endicott, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11:30 AM–9:30 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (607) 786-8028. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is sakurabinghamton.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 221 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded japanese & sushi in Endicott.

Endicott is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Endicott is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I wasn't expecting to leave a review, but I want to order take out here and I am so happily surprised. The place was so nice and clean, and the staff was so sweet. Most importantly, the food was so so so good. I have had sushi everywhere, and this is the best sushi I have ever had. Wow.

I was in the area looking for sushi and was recommended to try Sakura’s. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve been transported to Japanβ€”the ambience and atmosphere set the stage for a great dining experience. The service was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. The sushi itself was beautifully prepared by the chef, with each piece tasting fresh and delicate. Every bite felt carefully crafted. Honestly, the quality of the food far exceeds what they chargeβ€”I truly think they could price it much higher for what they deliver. Highly recommend Sakura’s if you’re looking for an authentic, top-notch sushi experience at an incredible value. I will be coming here again.

Literally the best sushi i’ve ever had! Everything was so good. I enjoyed the hand roll dinner, mixcado, tempura dinner, volcano roll, and yaki noodles.

The food is better than we hoped. My wife and I both agree, this is the best Sushi place in the area. The only thing better than the food here are the people. Just this past weekend we arrived during a rain storm, they were going to close early but when they saw we wanted to come in they stayed open and took great care of us!

This food was sooooo good! My hubby is a tough critic when it comes to food and he told me I did not disappoint by finding this restaurant!! The workers was so friendly, that makes a first time experience 100% worth it. Would definitely come back and would HIGHLY recommend this place! Food 10/10 Restaurant 10/10 , service 10/10
